- 60 % LTV (possible 65-70% depending on file)
1-5 year terms
7-12 % Interest Rate
No prepay
5 days close
No appraisal
Drive by property a must (no entry needed)
Foreclosure/Short Sale record is OK depending on the file
FORM 1003 required only
